$make connections.connect with family n friens who care abt u.
$dnt rush to argue everytime smeone disagree with u.keep a cool head n save ur anger for things tht really matter.better yet ,try not to argue at all.
$b sure to follow a healthy eating plan
$a meaningful activity helps relieve stress ths can b hobby a creative activity or playing with kids n pets.although u may b too busy but taking out time to do smething u like can help u relax.
$dnt try to b perfect n dnt expect perfections.
$meditate-it helps settle the mind so u can think calmly the goal is not immediate relaxation but to increase serenity.

wellness is the most imp thing in our lives-the best way forward to live life.most ppl who start dieting or plan to lose weight think tht after losing few kilos thy will look ravishing n thy plan strict dieting.but after trying thy get disappionted coz lustureless sagging skin or loose abdominal muscles are not the results thy want.
so stop dieting n yet look slim.
wellness is not only abt losing weight but also abt positive mindset n transforming urself into a holistically healthy person.n ths wuill gve u gr8 skin, gud hair, a glowing persona ,freedom frm diets plus weight loss.
