Very often whn ppl go through a stressful situations ,they develop health problems…thts cz mind affects the body in many ways…
As per Indian holism..the body has 5 energy layers…
1-the food energy layer
2-the breath layer
3-the mind layer
4-the higher wisdom layer
5-the bliss layer

Whn stress affects the body..its the negative thinking tht blocks the mind layer..negative thinking cuts u off from the power of spiritual self..a kind of divine power…..whn a block occurs..u suffer frm a total lack of energy..jst like power going off..
Negative thinking is not thinking bad abt someone…it is thinking unpleasant thoughts abt urself and the situations tht ur in..like Blaming urself for everything…Ego based rigidity…Jumping to conculsions…
Negative thinking is realistic thinking to our mind so we protect ourselves by thinking the worst…but actually negative thinking makes us powerless n joyless..
Safety lies in our wisdom ,not in our minds ..to think frm the wisdom layer..u hav to transcend the mind layer…

Summer Coolers 4 us.....

---food spoils easily in hot weather esp dairy products n fruits,so avoid eating from vendors whr ur not sure of hygiene.
---Going out empty stomach increases chances of dehydration n heat stroke so eat light meals at regular intervals to get energy n necessary salts.
---water maintain body temp. so drink at least 1.5 litres more than than your normal intake.
----avoid extremes of temperatures to avoid summer colds.
----allow your body to sweat so wear cottons.
----yoga n pranayam are good.
----take colling beverages such as panna, sattu,rose syrup, lassi, n homemade juices.

stress n challenges are part of everyday life.smetimes its constant smetimes frequent n sometimes temporary pressures-some hidden some irrelevant n some some looking us stright in the eye.... but everyone gets stressed...more or less...in n out...new things to learn.wrk.studies,relationships with family friens n partners.many a times we are streched to breaking point,always rushing around,juggling too many things....and our genes ,persona n life experiences infleunce our response to stress.although we need moderate stress to help prepare us for challenges..
Signs of STRESS-----
#difficulty falling sleep n early morning waking.
#increased irritatbility,restlessness.
#heightened sensitivity to criticism.
#symptoms of high BP,headaches
#acute anxiety
#increased drinking n smoking
#indigestion
#loss of concentration
#blaming others
#getting tires easily
#sense of isolation n loneliness
#feeling tense n on the edge
#always feeling tht smething needs to b done n tht u cannot relax

$dnt deny or repress ur emotions.dnt b afraid to cry;crying can relieve anxiety n let out bottled up emotions.
$dnt add to stress by thinking "wht if??" tell urself "so wht..."
$make connections.connect with family n friens who care abt u.
$dnt rush to argue everytime smeone disagree with u.keep a cool head n save ur anger for things tht really matter.better yet ,try not to argue at all.
$b sure to follow a healthy eating plan
$a meaningful activity helps relieve stress ths can b hobby a creative activity or playing with kids n pets.although u may b too busy but taking out time to do smething u like can help u relax.
$dnt try to b perfect n dnt expect perfections.
$meditate-it helps settle the mind so u can think calmly the goal is not immediate relaxation but to increase serenity.
